A man in Ibadan has sparked outage online after he brutalized his daughter for going to watch T.V at a neighbour's house.
The news was shared by a facebook user by name Olagunju Adekunle was said to have stop by to get call card when he witnessed the inhuman act being meted on the girl and there after took the girl to the police station after much questions.
