    Along with water, the natural weight loss drink and yogurt here are a couple of other drinks that you should consider including in your weight loss plan.

    Even if you are not these rich drinks in Calories a lot during the day, increasing your fluid intake (without calories) also often helps you feel fuller. That way, you will consume less of anything that can increase your body calorie. 

    As much as water is the best fluid without calories to consume constantly to reduce extra pounds, it can be boring. So, here are some suggested no-calorie drinks that you can take to help with the goal of weight loss.

    1. Vegetable juice

    2. Coffee

    The caffeine in coffee suppresses your appetite & increases your metabolism and it also gives you more energy during your fat burning workouts making you last longer and work harder helping you lose weight faster.
    However, drinking more than 1-2 cups a day isn't advisable.

    3. Yogurt based smoothie

    The thickness of the yogurt is enough to make you full, drastically reduce your appetite and since yogurt is loaded with calcium, the calcium content will help you burn fat while limiting the amount of fat your body can make.

    4. Fat-free milk

    Milk, like yogurt, also contains calcium and calcium suppress calcitriol which is a hormone that basically makes you fatter. With this hormone out of the way, your body can break down fat much faster.
    Calcium also suppresses your appetite preventing you from gaining weight and only allowing you to lose more weight as you eat less.

    Water provides everything your body needs.  It can help you restore fluids that might have been lost through your metabolism, sweating, breathing and the removal of waste.
    You can add a few fruits like sliced citrus fruits, crushed fresh mint, fresh ginger (sliced or peeled), sliced cucumber or crushed berries for flavours.
