Taking excessively salt is terrible for the general wellbeing and separated from focusing on organs to devastate in the body, it accompanies a heap of different dangers.

Salt is famously known to make the body hold/store water which raises the circulatory strain and inevitably destroys the heart (subsequent to making it exhaust!)

An excessive amount of salt is found in prepared nourishment so separated from deliberately lessening salt added to sustenance, pay special mind to the sodium parts in canned nourishments.

There are such a large number of motivations to decrease salt admission, these ones are significant motivations to:

    1. Increases blood pressure
High salt intake is a common cause of high blood pressure due to high sodium level in the body which makes blood flow restricted as blood vessels are constricted in the process. This makes the organs involved in the blood circulation process work more than normal.
    2. Damages the heart
High salt intake which in turn increases blood pressure eventually tells on the heart. Eating too much salt over the time damages the arteries that lead to the heart and in severe cases become clogged or burst! When this happens the heart is denied of oxygen and eventually the risk of getting a heart attack sets in.
    3. It damages kidneys
High salt intake means excess production of sodium which is known to damage the kidneys.
Excess salt makes the body retain water which makes the the kidney overwork and reduce the ability to efficiently remove the water, this eventually affect renal function and in the end possible renal failure.
    4. Erodes the arteries
High salt intake strain the insides of the arteries in which cases they become clogged/blocked and in some cases they burst leading to deadly diseases.
    5. It weakens bones
Excessive salt intake damages the bones! Taking too much salt reduces calcium needed for strong and healthy bones and when this happens, the bones become weak and can break easily.
High salt intake is also known to affect the brain, the neuro system, cause stomach cancer amongst other deadly health issues. It's best to reduce salt intake and especially via processed foods where they are normally in abundance!
