    Challenge Your Body in Three Minutes
    Rob Sulaver, founder of Bandana Training and founding trainer at Rumble Boxing in New York City, stopped by our MH Rec Room and showed us a three-minute circuit you can use as a stand-alone or as a workout finisher.
    The three moves are: the dumbbell thruster, bent-over dumbbell row, and mountain climber. Go through the circuit five times as fast as you can without pausing. In the first round you’ll do 10 reps of each move. In the second round you’ll do eight. Then six, and so on, all the way down to two. If you finish your five rounds in less than three minutes, hold a plank for the remaining time.

To make, blend 1 avocado with the juice from 1 lime, adding additional water to thin, if necessary. Then season to taste with salt and pepper.
