Distraught Usain Bolt served as a pallbearer as his best friend Germaine Mason was laid to rest on Sunday in Jamaica. Relatives and friends, including a large number of star athletes, from Britain's beloved jumper met in Kingston to say their final farewell.Bolt, former Bolton player Ricardo Gardner and Tranmere player Ian Goodison were the ones who carried the coffin Of Mason at the Seventh-day Adventist Church of Hagley Park in St. Andrew.
Mason died in April when his motorcycle crashed while on his way home from a party with friends, including the pin. The winner of the Olympic silver medal high jump was weeks of becoming a father for the second time when he fell from his powerful Honda CBR bike. Mason, 34, has been working on a "secret project" with Bolt before his death. Bolt, the 100m and 200m world champion and Olympic champion, also helped dig the Mason tomb.
